Our license payment process for orders from the IYSS
Trademarks and Patents of The Gosling Group

Our Privacy Policy states the following:

1. All information you submit to The Gosling Group remains absolutely confidential and will never be given to third parties.
2. All information you submit to The Gosling Group remains solely on one server to which only we have read access.
3. The information we request from you is the minimum required to enter into a legally binding contract.
4. Unless you ask us otherwise, we will only ever contact you to validate your order, chase up non-payment, advise you of product updates, or in extraordinary circumstances to verify correct usage of our products.
5. Your information stays on the server only as long as your order is active. On completion of your order, all information is permanently erased.

5. Ihre Angaben bleiben auf dem Server gespeichert, solange Ihr Auftrag aktiv ist. Bei Abschluß Ihres Auftrages werden alle Angaben permanent gelöscht.

The following procedure describes the payment process used to purchase licenses using The IYCQ Manager:

1. Our payment process is based on the 'Trust Scheme'.
2. You pay nothing when you order licenses within the IYCQ Manager™.
3. You receive a written invoice by e-mail having ordered licenses to run a report on your data.
4. You only need to have paid by the time you run your first report on our server.
5. Our server will check whether you have paid your total invoice before allowing a report to be run.
   

The following procedure describes the payment process used to purchase licenses for the IYSS:

1. Our payment process is based on the 'Trust Scheme'.
2. You pay nothing when you order licenses online.
3. You receive a written invoice by e-mail which confirms your order details and states the payment methods.
4. You only need to have settled this invoice by the time you order your first report online.
5. Open orders will be allowed to stay on our server unpaid for a maximum of six weeks, after which time, they will be automatically erased.

The following comments relate to the Trademarks and Patents of The Gosling Group :

1. The Gosling Group logo is a registered trademark of Martin Gosling of The Gosling Group.
2. A patent for the Dynamic Questionnaire Engine (DQE) has been applied for and is currently patent pending.
