  2. Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
  3. Do I need the services of The Gosling Group?

Navigating the web-site
The Gosling Group's web-site has been written to take advantage of javascript in order to enhance your experience whilst browsing our web-site. If you have disabled javascript in your browser or have a browser not able to interpret javascript 1.2 commands, then you will not be able to take full advantage of the experience.

Each of the seven main categories on this web-site are each covered by a main coloured folder. You can easily move to a new category by clicking on the folder's corresponding tab at the top of each folder. In order to return to The Gosling Group's homepage at any time, you can click on The Gosling Group logo at the top left of each folder (or the top right of any sub-folders - see below).

Some main folders contain internal hyperlinks to sub-folders which have additional information. If you have javascript enabled in your browser, these folders open up in a secondary window and allow you to easily switch between the main folder and the secondary 'further information' folder. For ease of identification, each secondary folder is coloured with the same colour as the main calling folder.

There is only ever one other secondary window open thus preventing your desktop becoming full with confusing windows!

If javascript is not enabled in your browser, all folders open up in the main window.

All external links (i.e. links outside of The Gosling Group's domain) are opened up in the main window.

To assist you in navigating our web-site you can use our site map.

Do I need the services of The Gosling Group?
If, having read through our web site and the description of all the services we have to offer, you are still uncertain whether your company would benefit from one or more of our services, we have put together a questionnaire for you to complete on-line. This questionnaire has been designed to enable you to get immediate feedback as to the likelihood of your company benefiting from The Gosling Group's many services.

Of course, the output from this questionnaire can only ever be an approximation as it is computer generated. But it will give you an idea.

If you would prefer to have a professional assessment of your questionnaire you should fax a print out of the graph resulting from the questionnaire to us together with your contact details on a cover sheet. We will then respond within 24 hours. Our fax number is +49 (0)30-31952637.

Alternatively, you can contact us directly for an informal discussion on whether our services could benefit your company, without obligation, by e-mailing us at contact@thegoslinggroup.com or by calling us directly under: Tel: +49 (0)30-36288532
